SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PAYMENT

  • All prices are shown in NZ Dollars.
  • Sylver and Shackel currently accepts payment via PayPal and credit card.
  •  International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties.

SHIPPING- Free for all orders within New Zealand.

  • A $25 shipping fee will be added to International orders during the checkout process. 
  • We deliver to all destinations around the world. Goods are generally shipped within five days of payment.
  • Please note items made to order may take up to three weeks to be completed.
  • New Zealand orders are dispatched via NZ Post, are tracked,  and should be received within three business day.
  • International orders are dispatched by tracking order, and usually take 10 days - 2 weeks, depending on the destination and customs.
  • International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties.


RETURNS

  • We will replace any damaged or faulty products free of charge.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you wish to replace any products for these reasons.
  • All items for replacement must be returned to us in the condition that they were shipped, un-used with the tags attached.
  • We do not take responsibility for any items lost while being returned to us.
  • Please contact us if a package has not arrived within 14 days of confirmation of dispatch.
  • Please choose carefully - there are no refunds/credits on items if you simply change your mind.

REPAIRS

  • We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within six months of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Manufacturing faults do not include: chipped, cracked or broken gemstones, broken chains, plating that has worn off, and general wear and tear including earring posts that have bent out of shape or oxidized.
  • Please read our Care Instructions carefully.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • As indicated on our website, some of our items are one-off or limited edition pieces.
  • In the event that an item on our website is out of stock, where possible we will give you the option to put the item on back-order. In this case we will notify you by email when the item is ready to be delivered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All products, designs, and images on our website are protected by copyright.
